A Demister Mesh, also known as Mist Eliminator, Wire Mesh Mist Eliminator, or Demister Pad, is a specialized knitted wire mesh product designed to separate liquid droplets from gas or vapor streams.

During industrial operations, gas flow often carries tiny liquid particles that may cause corrosion, product loss, pollution and equipment damage. The demister pad provides a large surface area where droplets collide with the wire mesh filaments, combine into larger droplets and drain back through gravity.
